Inbound call centres can be used as overflow, during a planned campaign (like supporting a Direct Mail effort for an annual fund campaign) or an unplanned event (such as a catastrophic earthquake or other natural disaster) or even to allow your existing staff to enjoy a much-needed vacation.
Outbound call centres can be used to notify monthly donors of an expired credit card; used to reactivate lapsed donors that gave Last Year But Unfortunately Not This Year (LYBUNT). We can also be used to ask survey questions; solicit new donors or to set up appointments for Clothing Pickups in a neighbourhood.
