When it comes to Offline Paper Donation Processing, you have a few options.
- You can continue to do this work yourself and utilize the batch processing services within DonationPlus to manage the batching, reporting and electronic processing of credit and debit cards but you still will need to take the cheques, money orders and cash to the bank yourself.
- You can add in a Remote Deposit Capture scanner to your existing in-house solution and use the DonationPlus software to scan and read the cheques and money orders and we can electronically deposit the cheque images into your bank account. (Just like when you use your cellphone to deposit a personal cheque.) Now you need only take cash to the bank.
- You can outsource all the above to DonationPlus by simply redirecting your mail or have us open a PO box near one of our offices. This will allow you to spend more time with donors and more time focusing on your cause.
